Wreck’N Crew specializes in small demolition, construction debris removal, property cleanouts, jobsite cleanup, and material delivery throughout South Jersey. Some of our most common projects include shed removal, deck removal, fence removal, kitchen and bathroom tear-outs, flooring removal, garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and contractor debris hauling. We are a great fit for projects that are too large for regular trash pickup but do not require a large commercial demolition company.
Yes. Shed, deck, and fence removal are some of our most requested demolition services. We can tear down the structure, load the debris into our dump trailer, haul everything away, and leave the work area broom-swept.Every project is different, so we look at factors such as the structure’s size, materials, accessibility, and whether posts or footings are set in concrete. For example, we have removed chain-link fencing with concrete-set posts and completed full deck and shed demolition projects throughout the area.
Yes. We provide light kitchen and bathroom demolition for homeowners, contractors, property managers, etc. This may include removing cabinets, countertops, vanities, flooring, tile, drywall, fixtures, and other nonstructural materials. Our goal is to leave the room cleared out and ready for the next phase of the renovation. Structural demolition, plumbing, electrical work, and hazardous-material removal may require additional licensed professionals.
Pricing depends on the amount and type of material, the labor involved, accessibility, disposal weight, and how much trailer space the project requires. Heavy materials such as concrete, tile, roofing shingles, dirt, and construction debris may cost more to dispose of than lighter household items. We provide free estimates so customers understand the expected cost before work begins. Photos are often helpful for an initial quote, although larger demolition projects may require an in-person visit.
In most cases, very little preparation is required. We recommend removing personal belongings, valuables, and anything you plan to keep from the work area. Please also let us know about locked gates, limited driveway access, pets, underground utilities, septic systems, or other conditions that could affect the project. For kitchen, bathroom, or utility-area demolition, water, gas, and electricity may need to be safely disconnected before work begins.
Once the debris is loaded, we transport it for proper disposal. Disposal requirements and dump fees vary depending on the materials and weight of the load.Certain materials, including paint, chemicals, asbestos, propane tanks, and other hazardous items, may require specialized handling and cannot always be included with standard demolition or cleanout debris. We ask customers to tell us what is being removed so we can confirm what we are able to accept.
